06年在全国范围内成功切入市场，销售较05年提高150%，产品线实现利润180万元。预计07年较06年，售量较上年增长100%以上，产品线实现利润350万。
指导区域销售经理进行有针对性地市场调研和开发工作，成效显著。销售团队由2人扩展至4人。

1. 总体职责：负责某项（或某类）产品的市场分析、销售目标和战略拟定、市场营销方案拟定、促进产品销售目标的分解实施与完成。

2. 岗位要求：

a) 大学本科以上学历，临床医学/检验医学/生物医学工程类或相关专业；
b) 8年以上工作经验，4年以上检验产品领域工作经验、2年以上市场/或销售相关工作经验；
c) 熟悉免疫诊断产品；
d) 良好的文字和口头表达能力；
e) 良好的英文读写能力。

Responsibility:
1. SME banking product and service research to keep updated on market practice for strategic move proposal
2. Design and develop SME lending and treasure products by cooperating with related functions
3. Responsible for SME credit product management
4. Conduct product training to all front line sales staff
5. Productively interact with other functions such as risk management, credit administration, operation, marketing, etc.
6. Cooperate with external partners of law firms, accounting firms, and real estate agent, etc.

Requirement:
1. University degree or above, MBA preferred in Finance/Banking
2. Excellent English skills in reading, writing, and speaking
3. At least five years of work experiences in a bank, preferably in credit product development, treasure, mortgage lending, or credit related businesses
4. Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
5. Focus on detail, and proficient financial/statistical/technical knowledge and ability
6. Self-motivated, hard-working, and very responsive
7. Proficient in MS office skills
